I took this picture of my daughter as we sat on a train ride through Aruba. We passed beautiful green trees, piercingly blue skies, and Shanti houses, as warm, ocean breezes blew ever so softly across her face. At that moment, I became compelled to capture her innocence. Instantly, I knew that one day I would transform the photo into a painting. I was moved to capture that moment full of promise and hope for her future, just enjoying the peace and quiet of a warm, summer day.
